1. Who we are

Onrush is a SaaS platform operated by SAS La Fabrique Alimentaire, a French joint-stock company (SIREN 81038794) registered at 4 Côte Planchaude, 81990 Cunac, France. Contact: legal@onrush.fr.

2. Acceptance

By creating an Onrush account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. Subscription & payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • VAT applies depending on your jurisdiction.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice; existing subscriptions keep their original price until renewal.

4. Refunds

Within the first 30 days of your first paid month, you may request a full refund for any reason. After 30 days, no automatic refund — but talk to us if something's wrong, we deal in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Onrush to break any law (food safety, tax, employment, IP).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild the service.
  • Resell access without a written reseller agreement.
  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Use Onrush to target or harm restaurant workers.

6. Your data, your responsibility

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (recipe cards, prices, temperatures, HACCP logs). We provide the tool; you remain the legal owner of your records.

7. Our service, our responsibility

We work hard to keep Onrush available 24/7 but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Intellectual property

Onrush software, design, brand and content are owned by SAS La Fabrique Alimentaire. Your operational data (recipe cards, prices, stock, logs) belongs to you. By using the service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process that data to deliver the service.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts breaching these Terms after written notice. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the courts of Albi (France) — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence (e.g. UK consumer law for UK customers).
