Delete your account

Onrush, operated by SAS La Fabrique Alimentaire. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
Method 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Log into your Onrush account
- Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
- Scroll down to the Delete my account section
- Type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm
- Deletion is immediate and irreversible
Method 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)
Email support@onrush.fr with:
- The email address linked to your Onrush account
- The subject line: "Account deletion request"
We respond within 30 days (typically within 48 hours). For identity verification, we may ask you to confirm from your registered email.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, login credentials
- Your operational data: recipe cards, mercurial prices, stock, supplier orders, sales
- Your messages and uploads
What we keep (legal obligation)
- HACCP / food safety logs: 10-year retention required by EU food safety regulations.
- Invoices: 10-year retention required by French commercial law (and UK equivalents apply for UK customers).
These records are anonymised: any personally identifiable information that isn't legally required for tax or food safety is removed.
Data export before deletion
Want a copy of your data before you go? Email legal@onrush.fr requesting a data export. We provide a structured machine-readable archive within 30 days.
