The questions we hear most from indie operators thinking about Onrush.

Who is Onrush for?

Indie restaurant operators, food trucks, small multi-site groups (3–15 sites). If you're a chain HQ with an enterprise procurement team, this is not for you. If you're a chef-owner trying to stop running blind, it is.

I'm based in the UK — does Onrush work for me?

Yes. HACCP fundamentals are the same across EU and UK (Codex Alimentarius). The tool produces records that are FSA / Environmental Health-ready. Cyril (founder) supports English customers during CET working hours.

How is this different from Toast / MarginEdge / Apicbase?

Those are excellent enterprise tools. Onrush is built for the indie chef-owner who wants one tool on their phone covering recipe cards, food cost, supplier orders and HACCP — without an integration team or a quarterly onboarding. We don't compete with the enterprise stack; we replace 5 spreadsheets and 3 paper folders.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being finalised for the EN market. The current FR plan is €49/mo (Brigade) / €89/mo (Chef, the main one) / €149/mo (Multi). Founder cohort gets the main plan at €49/mo for life. Demo first — we'll talk pricing after we know it fits.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Hosted in EU (Frankfurt, Supabase). RLS multi-tenant: nobody outside your team sees your data. Daily backups. GDPR-compliant. UK GDPR equivalent applied. Full export of your data on request, no lock-in.

Do you offer a free trial?

Right now: a 20-minute founder-led demo, then a paid month with full money back if it's not a fit. No credit card to start the demo.

Can I integrate my POS?

Sales import via CSV is supported on day one. Direct POS integrations are on the roadmap, prioritised by customer demand. Tell us your POS at the demo.

Who built this?

Cyril Quesnel — 20 years on the line, two restaurant turnarounds (La Verrerie, Lunch Wagon), built with Claude Code in 2026. He's the founder, the developer, the support team. SAS La Fabrique Alimentaire, registered in Cunac (south-west France).
