1. Service
Onrush (operated by SAS La Fabrique Alimentaire) provides food safety and food cost management software for restaurant operators. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial months.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Onrush to violate applicable laws, misrepresent food safety records, or reverse-engineer the software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Limitation of liability
Onrush is a tool to assist with food safety documentation. It is not a substitute for proper food safety training or regulatory compliance. We are not liable for inspection outcomes.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. For US users, we comply with applicable US federal and state law, including CCPA.
